Overview

SANHDEF provided technical assistance to Lagos state ministry of health in developing a realistic Annual Operational Plan (AOP) and budget.

The AOP project in Lagos ensures that health sector budgets align with strategic priorities, leading to improved service delivery and financial sustainability within the state.

Project Goal

To support the development of a comprehensive and well-aligned AOP and budget in order to improve Primary Health Care (PHC) performance and ultimately improve Lagos state health outcomes.

Objective

To provide technical assistance to Lagos state in developing its health sector Annual Operational Plan (AOP).
