SANHDEF provided technical assistance to Lagos state ministry of health in developing a realistic Annual Operational Plan (AOP) and budget.
The AOP project in Lagos ensures that health sector budgets align with strategic priorities, leading to improved service delivery and financial sustainability within the state.
